I've been practing yoga for seven years and I go three years as a teacher and has been a wonderful journey. I was formed in Ecuador and Brasil with Vinyasa yoga, but I´ve practiced also Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Dhammakaya Meditation. I believe in the integral well being and there are so many practices that we can do and improve in our daily.
My life and yoga have merged in such a way that it is part of me. The teachings through movement meditaction have taught me that the practice of yoga allows us to equip ourselves physically to sustain in this existential plane. The mind takes us through many places, meditation allows to our higher self guide to this mind that is very influenced by the outside. The inner peace and its conquest is a long way where the process has been enriching, healing and liberating.
